With over 25 years of experience in the property conveyancing industry, Gillian Rendall is the trusted expert behind AGR Conveyancing. Licensed as a Conveyancer since 2008, Gillian’s industry experience dates back to 1998, when her mum, Allison Clark, started her business. Her passion is helping clients navigate the buying and selling process and supporting those looking to grow their property portfolios.

Gillian’s expertise has led to invitations to speak on numerous professional panels and at property seminars, where she shares valuable insights with both homebuyers and seasoned investors.

Having actively invested in the property market herself, Gillian understands firsthand what it’s like to buy and sell homes, manage investments, and handle subdividing sites.
